All orders should be placed by 5:30pm for next-day delivery.

Q. WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?

Our order minimum is $25.00.

Q. DOES GODDARD PRODUCE SPLIT CASES?

Yes, we split nearly every item we carry. We split by the half case, pound, each, and 5lb bag.

Q. WHAT IS GODDARD PRODUCE’S RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy is within 2 days of delivery.

Q. DOES GODDARD PRODUCE HAVE ACCESS TO SPECIALTY ITEMS?

Yes, we have access to all specialty items. Advanced notice is always appreciated when sourcing them.

Q. WHERE DOES GODDARD PRODUCE PROCURE ITS PRODUCTS?

Goddard Produce buys local in season and utilizes produce brokers to buy directly from shippers and packers nationwide plus Central and South America.

Q. WHAT IS GODDARD PRODUCE’S OPERATING SCHEDULE?

We deliver 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, to most locations. Please inquire with a sales representative about your specific location. We are closed Sundays and holidays.

Q. DOES GODDARD PRODUCE UTILIZE REFRIGERATED TRUCKS?

Yes, all our trucks are equipped with refrigeration units.

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DOES GODDARD PRODUCE ACCEPT?

We accept cash, check, or electronic payment.
